Quinta do Ôro
In 2016, Borges bought Quinta do Ôro, another estate in the Vinho Verde region. Here, 30 hectares of vines are planted at altitude in soil that is an amalgam of granite and sand.
The estate is in Pinheiro, just down the road from Quinta de Simaens and the Lixa Production and Winemaking Center. Set amidst a forested area, it produces wines of exceptional freshness and perfect acidity.
